MURDER AND SUICIDE
AUSTRALIAN TRAGEDY. SYDNEY, Friday. Henry Maxwell Foreman, aged 30, of Coralbliingie Station, Trangie, and Miss Jean Carmen, aged 21, avlio was librarian at the Trangie School of. Arts, Avere found dead this afternoon beside a motor-car on a road eight miles from Warren. Miss Carmen Avas shot through the forehead, and Foreman had three bullet wounds in his chest. A rifle Avas found nearby. Both Avere very Avell knoAvn in the district, and Avere seen at polo games at Trangie on Wednesday, but disappeared from the grounds and Avere not seen alive again. According to the police, Avho suspect murder and suicide, Foreman borroAved a rifle from a relative last Friday, and it is thought that this Aims the weapon found.
