Compared with last week’s quotations, Down lambs) 28/361b5., 1-Sd per lb. higher, 36/421bs. l-8d per lb.‘lower; crossbred lambs, 2S/361bs. :]d per lb. higher, 36/421bs. 1-Sd per lb. higher; second quality lambs, l-8d per lb. higher; ewes, 48/561bs. l-8d per lb. lower, 64/721bs. l-8d per lb. higher. Prime ox beef, l-8d per lb. lower. The lamb market is steady to firm, especially for light weights.
