PRINCE OF WALES APPROVES. (Received Fridav, 12.35 p.m.) LONDON, Thursday. “I see no reason on earth why any woman tennis player should not wear shorts; they are very comfortable and quite the most practical costiime for tennis. I do not think they lose anything in looks,” said the Prince . of Wales, when inspecting the Fashions and Industries Fair.
