R.S.A. REUNION
AT CARTERTON ON SATURDAY.
Under the auspices of the Wairarapa R.S.A., a re-union of ex-service men Avill be held in the King’s Theatre, Carterton, on Saturday next, at 8 p.m. The function is open to all ex-soldiers and sailors avlio have served overseas in any Avar Avaged by the Crown.'- An appropriate toast list has been arranged and the programme will be interspersed Avith vocal and musical items'.' An orchestra has been engaged to lead community singing of Avar-time songs. A large gathering of ex-service men is anticipated. Mr A. J. Snelgrove Avill run a special ,’bus from Masterton Post Office at 7.30 p.m. Tickets may be obtained from members of the committee in Masterton, from members of the committee, or from Messrs Gibb Johnston, Carterton, and A. E. Prentice, Masterton.
