NEW CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF.
RUGBY, Tuesday.
Field-Marshal Lord Milne mil relinquish his appointment as Chief of the Imperial General Staff on 19th February. On that date General Sir Archibald Montgomery Masingbirdi will leave the Adjutant-General's Office to succeed him, and on the same day General Sir Cecil Romer will take up the duties of Adjutant-General.—(B.O.W.)
