COSY THEATRE. “STREET OF WOMEN.'' Another big matinee attraction is billed at the- Cosy Theatre this afternoon when Tim McCoy will be starred in “Cornered." News, cartoon and comedy items arc also included on an •excellent entertainment. The new programme to be presented in the evening is headed by “Street of ‘Women," which deals with the theme that there is a woman behind every achievement. In the picture tho achievement is the world’s tallest building and the inspiration Natalie, a beautiful dress designer who supplies the man who builds tlie skyscraper with the love and understanding that his wife lacks. Their love leads to unfortunate and almost tragic, complications. There is, however, a silver lining, and all ends happily. The role of Natalie is excellently portrayed by that popular brunette Miss Kay Francis, who is seen at her best. She wears many wonderfully designed frocks during theproduction. Her lover is played by Alan Dinehart. Roland Young, as the understanding friend, -shares the honours with Miss Francis for brilliant acting. This is ono of his best pictures. Marjorie Gateson is colei and very haughty as the wife whose one idea is social success.
