The Senate, having passed the Financial Agreements Enforcement Bill, the Government is expected to institute an action against the New South Wales Government next week, by asking the Federal Parliament to pass a resolution whereby the State revenues will become immediately attachable to satisfy the debt for defaulted interest payments.
