RUSSIA AND FINLAND
THREE-YEAR PACT.
(Received Tuesday, 9.5 a.m.) MOSCOW, Monday.
The Soviet and Finland have signed a three-year pact of non-aggression, mutually guaranteeing the .integrity of frontiers, promising neutrality in the event of war, non-participation in hostile conditions, and the peaceful settlement of all disputes.
