AUSTRALIANS BRILLIANT. DUNEDIN, Saturday. .The match between the Australian *%romen tennis players and Otago continued at Logan Park to-day in perfect weather and before the largest attendance ever seen at the courts. The display given by the visitors was again on the highest plane, and, in the doubles especially, rose to a degree of brilliancy seldom seen in Dunedin.
The Australian women again Avon the majority of matches, but it Avas very pleasing to 1 note that in the singles the Otago players AA-ero capable of extending them almost to the full the exception of Miss Valkenburg, ahvays appeared to be playing ' Avell Avitliin her po\A r ers. —(P.A.)

The Japanese tennis players met local stars. Ilarada beat Willard, OraAvford beat Satosh and Dunlop beat Hunoi in the singles. Crawford and Willard beat Harada and Satosh and OraAvford and Dunlop beat Harada and Hunoi in the doubles. New South Wales is leading by four rubbers to ■one.
