FOOTBALL.
SCHOOL RUGBY. The historic Rugby match between Wanganui Collegiate School and Te Auto College will be played on the Collegiate School ground to-morrow afternoon. The junior teams of the mentioned schools will play a curtain-raiser to the senior fixture. Included in the Te Aute team will be Ruru, the Hawke’s Bay representative player.
Both sides played a ripping game in the senior match at Greytown on Saturday, when players had strides and jerseys torn from their bodies.
Official figures for Saturday’s Rugby Test at Dunedin show that the attendance was 28,471 and the takings £4,441 Ss lid.
