WELLINGTON SALE. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) WELLING TON, Friday. The fortnightly sale -of sheepskins and hides was held to-day, when good catalogues were ottered to a large attendance of buyers. Sheepskins, as expected, declined on last sale’s values, due to the depressed ivool market. Cow hides dropped a halfpenny. Lightweight ox were also slightly easier. Heavyweights about maintained last sale’s love!. Calf and yearling were just a shade easier. The following is the

range of prices: — Dry Sheepskins. —Halfbred, 10:)d to 11 Ad- fine crossbred, ffid to llid; medium crossbred, 9d to : lljd; eoaise ciossbred, 6|d to lOd; half wools, 7-Jd to 10d; quarter wools, did to 9Ad; pelts, Gid to 93d. Salted Skins. —Dolts, 3s to 3s 6d; kali wools, os to 7s 7d; three-quarter wools, 7s -Id to 9s Sd; full avools, 9s 2d to 10s Id; extra large, 10s fid to 11s Id; lambs, Is fid to 2s.
