THE EX-SPEAKER. PENSION FOR MR WHITLEY. • LONDON, Thursday. In the House of 'Commons, Mr Baldwin, in accordance with precedent, moved that a pension of £4OOO a year be paid to the ex-Speakcr, Mr Whitlc}. Mr J. R. 'Clynes (Lab.) moved to reduce it to £IOOO.
