SENT HOME AGAIN.
AUSTRALIAN PICKPOCKETS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Friday. Three professional pickpockets who came to Auckland by the Ulimaroa from Sydney, were placed on the Ulimaroa by police escort this morning and sent back to Australia.
They are Albert Yeran, aged .‘SO, Norman Burgess, aged 34, and William Stone, aged 27. In the Court the Chief Detective stated that all three had been convicted in Australia and had come to Auckland to carry on their business. The Magistrate ordered them to come up for sentence if called upon within two years, and directed them to be placed aboard a steamer.
