FIENDISH MURDER.
OF VICE-CONSUL. (Received Friday, 11.30 a.m.) AIOSCOW, Thursdav. It is reported from Odessa that the Dalian Vice-Consul, Signor Kozzio, a bachelor, was fiendishly murdered, supposedly by bandits. Kozzio, wild was of a quiet disposition, left home at dusk, and was apparently waylaid in a lonely spot and bludgeoned. Every stitch of clothing was removed, and the thieves pulled out goldtilled teeth and a gold dental plate.
