OXFORD DICTIONARY.
WORLD’S LARGEST WORK. (Received Tuesday, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, Monday. The Oxford University Press hopes to publish in -March the final volume of the Oxford English dictionary, the world's largest dictionary. .The work was inaugurated in ISSS, and the first volume published in 1884. The complete work costs £42, and contains 15,000 pages, two million quotations, and defines 400,000 words.
