DRUNKEN MOTORIST.
SENT TO GAOL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. William Luddon, a seaman, aged JO, was sentenced to a month in gaol at the S.M. Court to-day on a charge, of having been intoxicated while in charge of a motor car. On a charge of having converted a car, valued at £7u, the property of W. F. Donnelly, lie was ordered to make good the damage (£2O) caused by running the car into the wall ol Donnelly s back yard.
