(To the Editor). Sir, —The- Minister of Lands and the •Honourable Gordon Coates, together with the present member, who are interested in the unemployed, need not go to tlie Far North to find suitable locations for workers in the ranks of unemployed, as Mataikona Estate will (ill tlie bill to all single workers a Government holding at present giving facilities to employ many at clearing out rabbits, scrub, etc. As single men arc in evidence when work is required, perhaps other employers then might follow the example and fall in line. Trusting some abler writer may help to make this effort clearer. Fur the cause that lacks assistance, The wrongs that need resistance, The future in the distance. And the good that men can do.
