A collision occurred at about noon on .Saturday at the corner of Miriam Street and Worksop Road, Masterton, between a car driven by the Rev. E. McLevio and a taxi. The cars were more or less damaged. The body of a man found drowned near Purakanui (Otago) on Sunday lias been identified as that of William Anderson Forbes, who resided at Id Gamma Street, Roslyn (Dunedin), and who was camping by himself in the vieinitv of Purakanui.
