TROUBLE LOOMING UP.

OVER STOP WORK MEETING, Press Association -Electric Telegraph-Copyright, (Received Saturday, 11.50 a.m.) .SYDNEY', This Day. Trouble is again looming on the waterfront as the result of the decision of the Australian Seamen’s Union to hold a stop work meeting on Wednesday morning next. Under their award seamen are given the right to hold a stop work meeting on the last Tuesday in every month, and because next Tuesday is a holiday the seamen askhd the owners’ -permission to hold the meeting next Wednesday. It is understood, however, that the owners refused tho application. The seamen thereupon decided to take matters in their own hands by holding the meeting.
