IN SWISS SCHOOLS. GENEVA, Wednesday. The authorities have ordered an inijuiry as the result of the discovery of a highly organised syndicate, with branches in all schools, distributing Communist propaganda. _ Scholars who pay half-a-crown receive a red shirt, a scarf and the uniform of the International Red Pioneers.
