RADIAC METALS, LTD.
ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of shareholders of Radiac Metals, Ltd., was held yesterday, Mr H. A. Cunningham presiding over a small attendance. The annual report staled that since the last report nothing of a definite nature had occurred on which the directors could elaborate. The directors '•ad been in correspondence with the London Committee, the chairman of which was \isiting Canada and the Failed States. He hoped to be able to further matters while in those eouni lies'. At the request of the London Committee power of attorney lad been extended for another year to enable the committee to deal with any negotiations which might arise from the chairman's visit to America. Messrs G. C. Williams, E. L. Holmwood and R. McKenzie were re-elected directors, and Mr G. W. Sellar was reappointed auditor.
