UNLICENSED LORRY.
DRIVER FINED.
(By Telegraph —Press Association.) CARTERTON, This Day. At the Carterton S.M. Court this morning, before Charles Robert Leighton was charged with having driven a 2-ton motor lorry without the same being licensed, and was lined £5, and his driver’s license cancelled for 12 months. Two further charges of having driven the lorry without number plates and negligent driving were also preferred against him. He was convicted and discharged on each.
