PROGRESS REPORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.)' NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. Taranaki Oilfields report: —Waipu No. 2 well —eighty per cent of all material is on the site 1 , and the camp erected. The derrick, is two-thirds completed, and all work is progressing satisfactorily. North Taranaki: —The necessary repairs to bridges -for transport of material is being carried out.
