A LIGHT SENTENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) 1) U X EX'IX, Friday. At the Supreme Court at Dunedin to-day, David Charles McGill was charged with having stolen £SB from the Electrolux Company. He was sentenced to three years’ reformative detention and to a similar sentence on a charge of a breach of probation. liis Honour, Mr Justice Sim, remarking that the accused ha 1 wasted his chance on probation and had not-realised the importance of living a.n honest life.
