Both the 'Central Neves and the British Press correspondents at Hague, declare that the recent visit of the exCrown Prince Wilhelm to the ex-Kai-ster was connected with the latter’s desire to leave Doom. The ex-Crown Prince pointed out that time was unpropitious, but the exKaiser is impatient, and longs to live 011 the sunny banks of Lake Maggiore.
