GARIBALDI INCIDENT. ALLEGED PLOT. Press Association-Electric Telegraph-Copyright (Received ’Wednesday, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, Tuesday. The “Daily News” Paris correspondent states' that Recciotte Garibaldi, confronted by Italian witnesses, allegedly confessed to a plot to seize Carlo Bnzi, formerly a friend of Mussolini, and now a refugee, for tho purpose of obtaining documents for which Garibaldi offered £35,000. The “Humanite” declares that Garibaldi was in the pay of the British Secret Service.—Sun.
