FASCIST OUTRAGE.
SHOT FIRED AT SOCIALISTS. OFFICIAL’S HEAD GRAZED. BERLIN, Monday. Herr Loebe, president of the Reichstag, was addressing a Socialist demonstration when a Fascist fired a shot from a passing tramear. The bullet grazed the head of an official on the Socialist platform. The crowd pulled a dozen Fascists from the tram and rough-handled them until the police arrested the Fascists, who were in possession of revolvers and much ammunition.
