TENTERFIELD TRAGEDY.
FOLLOWED DOMESTIC QUARREL. SYDNEY, Monday. At an inquest into the Tenterfield tragedy the evidence revealed that on the day of the tragedy Milton had a violent quarrel with his wife, who accused him of improper relations with a former servant girl. Before this the family had lived very happily. (Constable Milton, his wife, ( , ,uud. ithree children were found dead, _ii.ii: a burning house at Tenterfield. ~ Police investigations showed that the (heads of the wife and children luid been battered with some blunt instilment, and there was a bullet wound in Milton’s head.)
