CRANE EMPLOYEES STRIKE.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT. REJECTED BY UNION. (Received Tuesday, 9.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The - officials of the Crane Employees’ Union met representatives of the Railway Commis'sioners at a conference, when certain terms of settlement were submitted by the Commissioners. The best terms were placed before a mass’ meeting of the Union later, and were rejected, and the meeting decided to continue the strike until the Department agreed to reinstate the 8(1 men dismissed.
