CAROL MAY BE REINSTATED. EVENTS WAITING ON QUEEN. LONDON, Monday. The Daily Telegraph says that a wellinformed diplomatic correspondent states that it can no longer be disputed that Prince Carol’s recall and reinstatement are being considered in Court and political circles owing to the delicate condition of the King. It is most likely that aii order revoking 'Carol’s! banishment will be given effect to as soon as Queen Marie reaches Bucharest, and discusses the existing Regency and Carol’s domestic future with the Council. »
