GERMANY SEEKS AN ENQUIRY. BERLIN, Friday. Herr Streseinaun, through the Moderate Nationalists not voting, weathered two no-confidence motions moved by Monarchists and Communists. The Reichstag then rejected a motion advocating the invalidation of the Dawes Agreement, and declined to consider motions urging the cancellation of the Locarno Pact and Germany’s membership of the League of Nations, but it agreed to urge either the League or The Hague Court to consider the question of who was responsible- for the. i war.
