HOLIDAYS.

Hurrah! Tlio holidays have begun: Now -we’re going to have some fans. No more spelling, no more Greek, Xo more cane to make me squeak. Notking at all but fun and play, Holidays have begun. Hurray! Homewards we hurry, bounce in the door, Fling- our bags down on the floor. Out again, happy -as happy could be, Till *tis time to come in from our games to tea. All home lessons are things of the past. The holidays have -come at last! Tommy and Billy are running a race, Tommy falls down right 'flat on his face. * Up be jumps without crying a bit, Ulio' he gave his nose a pretty hard hit. There’s no time for crying when we’re having fun. Hurrah! , At last holidays have begun. —LESLIE XICHOLLS. (Aged 12 years.)
