WEDDING.

SIMMONDS—BUDD. A pretty wedding was celebrated at the Lansdowne Presbyterian Church yesterday, when Aliss Budd, of Hants, England, was married to Air Clifford Simmonds, son of Airs Oswald Percy, of Te Ore Ore. The bride, who was given away by Air O. Percy, looked charming in a pale pink georgette gown with hat to tone, and carried a shower bouquet of roses and delphiniums. Aliss Elsie Percy attended as bridesmaid, and wore a frock of pink and blue georgette and black hat, and carried a bouquet of sweet peas and carnations. Air R. Ilarty, of Te Kuiti, was best man. The Rev. G. King was the officiating clergyman. After the ceremony the guests were entertained at the residence of Air and Airs O. «T. Percy, when the usual toasts were honoured. Later Air and Airs Simmonds left by motor, the bride travelling in a mole marocuin frock, handsomely embroidered, and hat en suite.
