RUSSIAN CONCESSIONS. (Received Monday, 9.15 a.m.) MOSCOW, Sunday. Representatives of the Soviets and the Lena Goldfields Company have signed a draft agreement for concessionary exploitation by a company, to be called the Lena Gold Enterprises, of a million and a half acres of gold, silver, copper and lead bearing areas in the Lena, Altai tflid Sissersk regions in Siberia. It is understood that important New York banking and mining intersts will have considerable participation in the operations of the company, which embraces the interests of a number of companies which tefore the war operated mines covered by the present concession. Six per cent, of the total production is payable to the Soviet. Thecompany’s technical staff will be composed largely of Anglo-Americans. —Reuter.
