RAILWAY SMASH.

TWENTY-FOUR KILLED. 0 BERLIN, Saturday. So far as is known, 24 people were killed and twenty injured in a railway smash which is reported to be due to unknown persons removing bolts from the sleepers on the line. There' is great concern in, Poland in regard to the catastrophe of the German train passing through the Polish corridor. The general opinion is that the object of the perpetrators was to discredit Poland by creating the impression that* Germany cannot safely exercise the right of transit through the -corridor. It is feared that Germany will use the incident as an argument for the abolition of the corridor.
