JOHNSONVILLE SALE. Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., and Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., in conjunction, report on their Johnsonville stock sale as follows: —Sheeji came forward in advance of advertised 'numbers,. The quality throughout was good, but 311-i----ces for ewes and wethers were considered lower than previous sale. Lambs sold well, and the bullocks yarded were exceptionally good quality, but competition was dull right through the sale. Vealers sold at late rates. Quotations: Wethers, 375, 395, £2, £2 2s to £2 4s sd. Ewes, 31s Od, 31s 7<l, 32s 6d, 34s lid to 355. Lambs, 2(is, 31s 4d, 32s 64, 35s 3d, 30s 3d to 375. Bullocks, £l3, £l3 ss, £l3 10s, £l4, £l4 2s 3d to £l4 ss. Heifers, £9 ss. Cows, £7, £8 15s to £9 ss. Vealers, £2 12s, £3 7s od, £3 12s to £3 18s.
