AIRCRAFT.
GERMAN MANUFACTURE. FRANCO-EEITISH AGREEMENT. (Received Wednesday, 9.25 a.m.) PARIS, Tuesday. The Matin says that France and Britain have agreed regarding the conditions under which Germany will be allowed from March oth to resume the manufacture of commercial aircraft. A technical definition gives the limits of weight, dimensions, speed and engine power, beyond which aircraft shall be defined as military, and must be destroyed. Machines conforming to the specified limits shall be regarded as commercial, and may be manufactured for export. Other conditions relate to the control of factories, their technical personnel and a permanent control commission.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
