rpAKE NOTICE that the Mastertou Borough Council intends, at a meeting to be held on TUESDAY, the 21st day of MARCH, 1922, to confirm the following resolution, passed by way of Special Order, at a Special Meeting of the said Council, held on TUESDAY the 2let day of February, 1922. That pursuant to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1921-22, a Lease of the Waterworks Reserve be granted .to E. Peters for twenty-one years, expiring on the 12th day of November, 1942, at an annual rental of £3l, without provision for renewal, or for compensation for improvements.
