SYDNEY WOOL SALES. SYDNEY, Tuesday. The wool sales have resumed. The chief feature is the improved demand for mediums by foreign buyers, more particularly American and Japanese, and the less pronounced tendency to pay prices for the very best offerings, which ma-kecl the earlier sales of the season. Otherwise, the market is steady at about November rates. . Wasty and inferior wools arc practically unsalcable.—Press Assn. PAHIATUA SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on their Pahiatua sale held yesterday:—We had a small entry. There was very little competition. . We quote: B.F. lambs 6s to 12s 2d; dairy cow on drop, £lO.
