CLARKE —HOOKER. A pretty wedding was celebrated Jit Knox Church to-day, when Mr Walter Clarke, of Masterton, was married to Miss Hookerjj of Carterton. After the ceremony a Reception was held at the Fire Brigade- Station, a large number of guests, beipg present. HANLEY—BENTLEY, i 4 quiet wedding was celebrated at Bt. Patrick ’s Church to-day, when Miss Doris, Bentley, daughter of Air Janies Bentley, of Wrigley street, was married to Mr .tames Hanley, second son of Mrs J. Hanley, of Pine street. NABBS—BANNISTER. A verv pretty wedding was celebrated to-day, the contracting parties being Miss' Burton Bannister, of Upper Plain, Masterton, and Mr J. Nabbs, of Auckland. Tlie wedding was held at the residence of the bride’s parents, on 'the Upper Plain. The officiating minister was the Rev. G. T. Brown. The happy couple left for the north, where the honeymoon, will bo spent. Air D. Bannister was best man, and'Miss Lei* ina Bannister bridesmaid.
