PARIS, Monday. : Advices from Tangiers state that, after several years of intermittent lighting and serious losses, the French authorities have secured the submission of powerful Zain tribesmen inhabiting the western slopes of the Lesser Atlas. Great reconciliation fetes were held, and the tribesmen restored captured trophies. Their submission opens ran important direct route from Fez to Marrakesh. , .
