The trial of Alfred Thomas Percy Dare, aged 23, on a charge of having committed: manslaughter by killing Arthur .John Horton at Penrose oil ,1 muniry 2<ith was commenced in the Supreme Court to-day. It, is alleged that Dare- was the driver of a motor car which collided with a bicycle ridden by Horton, who sustained fatal injuries. - The case for the prosecution had not concluded when the court adjourned.
