It transpires that Essad Pasha (who was murdered by an Albanian student) received a warning a week ago, but did not take precautionary measures. Rustem (who murdered Essad Pasha) apparently carried out the decision of a secret society. Jnistem said: “ I acted on behalf of the Albanian Cause.”
