The Madrid Government is considering the nationalisation of bread, in consequence of the bakers’ strike. RIOTS IN BOMBAY. (Received Friday, 12.20 p.m.) DELHI, Thursday. Tho railway strikers at Bombay rioted and damaged rails, signals, and paylaid trains. The military dispersed the strikers. There are *32000 railwaymen on strike.
