The New Zealand Farmers’ Co-oper-ative Distributing Co., Ltd., report on their Alasterton sale as follows: J small varding of sheep came forward, Imt no cattle. Competition at auction was slow, and we passed three pens, but sold the balance later by private treaty at the following prices:—Forward' store ewo,s 17s; store ewes, Ids; cull ewes, 8s; shorn lambs, 14s <>d; bay trap mare, £8 Bs.
