A JAPAN’S SIBERIAN POLICY. Cress Association—Electric Telegraph—C-opj’right (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) YLADIVOSTOCK, Tuesday. The press hotly denies the Japanese reports that tlie Japanese, attacks on Vladivostqck, Nikolaivsk and Habaxovsk were the result of unprovoked .Russian attacks on Japanese patrols. The press declares that the attacks were made simultaneously. A leading paper says that the Japanese regard the Russians as merely 1 ‘ dog-meat.” Their real object is to seize Eastern Siberia and surround Korea and Manchuria with a wall of bayonets.
