Lord Frcjich denies his resignation. There was a recurrence of fierce lighting in Londonderry all night long on Sunday. The police charged with bayonets, clearing the streets of stone-throwing crowds. The Unionists and Republicans exchanged many shots. A young man was killed. SINN FEIN PLOT. FOR SIMULTANEOUS OUTBREAKS. LONDON, Monday. The Standard states that the Governm&t has received information alleging that a conspiracy- was organised at the Sinn Fein headquarters in New York for simultaneous outbreaks of rebellion in June in Ireland', Egypt, India and Canada! The paper adds that emissaries were sent out to secure funds for the war chest, and it is estimated that they raised £2,000,000 in America. ANOTHER MURDER BY SINN FEINERS. (Received Wednesday, 11.55 a.m.) LONDON, Tuesday. Sinn Fciners shot dead Constable Clifford, at Waterville, Kerry.
