Board of Trade -returns' for- March show imports £16’?,000,000, an increase of £61,000,000; exports, £104,000,000, an increase of £51,000,000 compared with the previous March. The principal increases were:—lmports: Raw cotton, £28,000,000; grain and flour, £11,000,000. Exports: Cotton manufactures, £15,000,000.
