DISPUTE ABOUT CEMENT.
BETWEEN PIPE CO. AND RAILWAY. JUDGMENT FOE PLAINTIFFS. In the Magistrate’s Court at Masterton yesterday afternoon, before Mr S. L. P. Free, S.M., the ease was concluded in which the Masterton Cement Pipe Company, who wore represented bv Mr 11. G. Robinson, proceeded against the Railway Department for value of two tons of cement, which were alleged to have been railed at Wellington in April, 1910. and not delivered at Masterton. Mr Burndge appeared for the Department. After hearing the evidence, His Worship gave judgment, for the/plamtift.s for tho amount claimed. \ iz„ -10. os sd.
