FATAL ACCIDENT
AT BRICK WORKS

An accident this morning at the Elmoro .Brick and Tile Company's works at Ilillshrough, near Christchurch, resulted in the death of an employee named John .1.1 onni well. Deceased was feeding <'lay into the mixer ■when he slipped, and a foot was caught in the machinery, resulting in the leg being badly ma'nglcd. He died shortly after beiu'u released from the machine.
